In this video I am giving you couple tips I personally use to set my goals every year and keep track of their progress.
1. Define your SMART goal, you can use this worksheet to help you write your goal(s)
2. Surround yourself with like-minded people. Use apps like Meet-up, Linkedin, Facebook group and start reaching out to people who have the same interest as you and strive to achieve the same goals. "Your network is your net worth", choose wisely.
3. Get out of your comfort zone continuously. Try to do one thing every single day you are uncomfortable with. By doing so, you are training your brain to assess new possibilities and you are pushing your own boundaries by doing things you believed you was not capable of. It will also help you gain more confidence. Start small and increase the difficulty as you improve.
4. Bonus: visualise your goal. My advice is to create a vision board with images that inspire you on daily basis. Place it somewhere you can see it everyday along with your smart goals and look at them both every day when you wake up and when you go to sleep to keep you motivated and remember what is your why. That will be the topic of another video. But by creating it, you will soon be able to put your achievements on that vision board as I did with mine. Keep believing in yourself and stay consistent.
