For the past few months, I have been head down learning about Artificial Intelligence, watching hours of video tutorials, scraping Twitter for the best threads, enrolling in online classes and testing what could work for me.
As a content creator, I do copywriting, marketing, photography and videography to create social media content.
Needless to say that as a one-person business, everything is taking me a lot of time. However, technology is here to help us and the rise of AI has started, offering us a wide range of content generators that can create quality content quickly.
The majority of people online have started to complain that AI will take their jobs. But in my honest opinion, the people who will learn how to use AI will actually take their jobs.
It is no rocket science, you just need to get started and adapt.
After all my trials and errors, I finally gathered the best AI content creation tools that have helped me save a ton of time so far as a photographer/blogger and I hope they will help you too in improving your workflow.
Lex: Transcribing made easy
One of the most time-consuming tasks for a content creator is content writing. Fortunately, Lex has come to the rescue. This AI-powered tool automatically writes you quality content on any given topic. Consider it like your writing assistant every time you go blank.
It can populate titles, create blog posts layout, optimized blog posts, paragraphs, etc… saving you hours of work.
Now that ChatGPT has an application on iOS, I mostly use ChatGPT, but the user interface of Lex is more user-friendly.
Up to you, it does the same job, just a matter of preference.
Please note, Lex is only accessible via invitation. You can use my referral link here to try it out.
Tailwind Content Ghostwriter: Creating captions made easy
Another tedious task for content creators is to come up with all the captions for social media posts.
Now, Tailwind has released an AI tool called content ghostwriters that can write any kind of content for you.
If you are a Pinterest user and use it to drive traffic to your website, it’s never been easier to generate unique content thanks to their content generator tools.
You can see from the screenshot below the main key features that go from product descriptions, Social media captions, SEO-optimised pin descriptions, meta descriptions, etc.
Seriously Tailwind is the best tool you can invest in as a small business owner to drive traffic to your website without using paid traffic and create social media content in just a few clicks. You can learn more about Tailwind in the article I wrote below.
Luminar AI: Editing made easy
Luminar AI is an AI-powered photo editing tool that helps simplify the photo editing process.
It allows you to remove unwanted objects from your photos, enhance skin tones, and even create unique images with just a few clicks. This tool is perfect for content creators that don’t feel comfortable using all the Lightroom and Photoshop features.
Everything can be done automatically via the push of a button or moving sliders. Very user-friendly.
I mostly use it to change the sky, clean up my photos from dust spots or add a little humph to give my photos a second life.
I wrote a complete review that you can read here (or by clicking on the link below) and you can visit their website here to learn more.
Adobe Firefly: AI art generator
Firefly is the new family of creative generative AI models coming to Adobe products, focusing initially on image and text effect generation. Firefly offers new ways to ideate, create, and communicate while significantly improving creative workflows.
Adobe has now included the Adobe Firefly technology into their Adobe Express application and also the latest Photoshop beta.
This is a huge time saver for social media marketers to be able to create content for multiple platforms in a matter of 2 clicks inside a single project and export them all at once!
Thanks to the new Firefly technology you can now do the following:
Text to image - generate images from a detailed text description
Text effects - Apply styles and textures to text with a text prompt
Remove background
And much more, creating content has never been easier!

Photoshop beta
One thing I have hated about Photoshop is how complicated it is to use. You need to know this software by heart to be able to use it and I personally do not have the time and patience to learn it.
So, I have been using it for specific tasks only like removing objects or creating mock-ups for my print store.
However, Adobe has released a beta version of Photoshop that uses the Firefly features. Meaning that you can now select specific areas of a photo, add a prompt and what you asked for will magically appear or disappear on your photo.
This is mind-blowing and it will push the boundaries of digital photography going forward.
The main ways I see how to use it as a photographer is for the following actions:
Remove an object from the photo
Enlarge a photo. I.e. going from a portrait shot to a wide-angle shot. I can see a good opportunity here to give a second life to old photos and why not sell them as prints online?
Transform an object from the photo
Chat GPT
Now la crème de la crème!
ChatGPT is an amazing tool you can use to run your business. I mostly use the free version.
The biggest mistake people make is just asking simple questions.
However, one thing to remember about how AI works is that it needs to be programmed to provide you with custom answers. Meaning, the more data you provide the better results you will get.
So, rather than you asking the questions, let the AI asks you the question on a specific topic of your choice and look at it to give you more tailored answers.
Here are a few prompts examples that I have used:
That one is great if you are just getting started and do not know what type of prompts to use with chatGPT
Once you start getting familiar with the way ChatGPT works, you can start creating these kind of more detailed prompts to give you more custom tailored answers.
What I love about it is that the answers provided are never the same and it literally takes only a few minutes to generate a social media calendar compared to hours in the past.
Overall, these AI-powered tools have helped me save a lot of time and streamline my content creation process. As AI continues to improve, I'm excited to see what other content-generation tools will be developed to make content creation even easier and faster.
With the help of AI, content creators can focus on the creative aspects of their work and leave the tedious tasks to the machines. It's important to stay up-to-date with the latest AI-powered tools and see how they can be integrated into your workflow.
